Welcome to Itaw Rental, your trusted partner for rental services in Guwahati and across the entire Northeast. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Offerings

We provide rental options including single rooms, double rooms, 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and godowns.

Advance Payment and Service Fee

• A refundable advance payment of ₹1,000 is required before scheduling property visits.
• Based on the advance payment, we will arrange visits for up to five (5) properties as per availability.
• The advance is valid for three (3) months from the date of payment.

Finalizing the Rental Agreement

• Upon finalizing the rental deal, the tenant must pay 50% of the agreed monthly rent to Itaw Rental.
• The ₹1,000 advance will be adjusted from this amount.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• The advance is non-refundable if the tenant does not proceed with renting any property.
• If the tenant does not finalize a rental agreement within three months, the advance expires.

General Terms

• Property availability is subject to market conditions.
• Itaw Rental reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.
